Another bus dream. But a distinctive one. I am at a main stop, where all the busses collect. Instead of just pacing about, I remember that I have the laptop, and I marvel how wonderful it is to be taking care of my Net stuff, instead of waiting for time to pass in the slowest possible way. I remember thinking that I was going to have to share this with Pop. My only concern was that I would be so wrapped up in cyberspace that I might miss my bus.
As it so happened, I did not miss the bus, but I did catch the wrong one, which is not untypical in a bus dream. When I learn of my error, I get off at another collection point. This time I am too nervous to take out the laptop, as I wait anxiously for the busses.
The first bus is 613, and I excitedly board, though I am surprised that it is a new model, very sleek, as though upgraded through a few generations at one time. I take a long time laying out the $3.15 for the fare - a higher fare for a newer bus. We also need to have the address of our destination recorded, which excites me a little, as I suppose there will be no missing my stop, but my dream-memory ends here and I don't know how it works out.
A very interesting bus dream. And things do seem to be working out better than they often do in these dreams, in which I am usually hopelessly lost.
