He's gorgeous, he's hot, I don't go see his movie because I'm like, "He's such a fantastic actor." He's a great actor, but he's hot. He's just not in a leotard with his legs out. He has his shirt off. So what's the difference? In High School Musical he's in basketball shorts and his cut off tank top and all the girls are dying. It just isn't as obvious when guys do it. I was on tour with the Jonas Brothers my first year and boy bands get away with a lot. For girls, it's always going to be harder."

Miley was seen out and about in Studio City on Friday (August 5th). The singer took her new puppy, Floyd, for a walk with a friend and another pup.

Cyrus recently signed onto a God-related Paramount comedy & she's also rumored to be attending the Teen Choice Awards tonight! Let's hope she decides to attend! Miley's nominated for "Best TV Actress: Comedy" and "Red Carpet Fashion Icon".

I don't see a pooper-scooper anywhere. But I suppose she has a servant who may be just off-camera waiting to swoop in and take care of any such messes.

Maybe it's a democratic chic. The rich don't want to pay taxes, but they still like to identify in certain symbolic ways with the common folk.
