Long-term, I suppose it's "In My Life". Though, I only discovered its beauty when Bette Midler sang it, heh. What can I say, it is often said that there are Beatles people and there are Elvis people, and you know me.
Though, when I was looking for a YouTube video, I felt more like rocking out this morning, and chose "Hard Day's Night".

I see that LJ is on the ball, as today's Writer's Block question is meant to commemorate the 30th anniversay of John Lennon's death. They don't do anything for Elvis, but I suppose there is more of a tragic note in Lennon's murder, and he did give us a distinct political voice in addition to his music, and even I can miss having his voice in our cultural discussions and debates.
