Monk just discovered that he can conveniently get Doonesbury on his Friends Page. Well, well, LiveJournal sure is a cozy little universe unto itself. And to think that our primate-protagonist was so hesitant in coming here.

Well, I guess there is less that is crowding out my life, and I don't let associations go easily. Plus, I still maintain house there, whereas I guess you pretty much cut yourself off there. Of course, you also just left GJ in the dust like that - hmm, a little promiscuous when it comes to blogs?

Yeah. My personality tends to veer rather quickly across extremes... I start things and get tired of them quickly, or they outlive their usefulness to me. I'm weird like that. :P

Who knows, maybe a bit of both. Though my attention span is odd... it's incredibly short as far as being easily distracted, but on the flipside I seem to get far more engrossed in things than most people seem to.

Blurty stopped loving me. And I have just slight hold-out feeling of optimism for her, but alas ... not much of anything left there for me.

I mostly maintain my LJ and my GJ.

Sometimes, I can think Blurty was just created to take off some of the pressure from the LJ servers. The people who administer her don't seem to love her very much. For me, it's more of an emotional thing...

I think you're right, Blurty got a surge because of problems with LJ at the time. Seems a lot of my friends have abandon her for either LJ or GJ.

Speaking of GJ, they seem to be constantly improving their services and adding more and more features. I used it to host the Pic in the Scholarship Post I made.

If you want to join , I have this community [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] It's a sex question and answer. I started because, as a Teen Advocate for Planned Parenthood, I noticed a lot of teens getting misinformation from live journal about sex related topics. This is bad.

Obviously you aren't a teen. But since you are of the older sort, if you think you have any thing to contribute or to correct me if I am wrong or know anyone who would benefit from it then yeah.

I checked out the community, and with your adeptness with the authoritative resources, I wouldn't pretend to know more - really, impressive. And I'd feel a wee bit awkward at reading the serious sex concerns of teens.
