Feb. 5th, 2019 03:56 pmI had finished lunch, watched an episode of "Medium", and before shutting off the TV, I decided to browse through Amazon's video offerings. I looked at the section where they are selling some of their more violent & provocative movies, and I was stunned and disappointed that I could no longer find "Apartment 407". I was thinking, "Oh, no! It must have been a pretty good movie after all, and they have taken it down because people were complaining that it is too rapey and pornographic. Damn it, I blew my chance at getting the movie." I looked to see if it was still on my Watch List.
Then I was really stunned! Not only is it still on my Watch List and still available, but it is also now available for Prime's free streaming. So, I stayed seated and started watching.
Right away, I was shaking my head. They started with a shower scene, and they didn't show tit one, much less bush. Maybe there was a side-view of ass, at best. I suspected then that it was probably never going to get better, and I was right. I swear, they could air this movie on the Lifetime women's channel. To think, I came so close to buying it! I would have hated myself so badly - ten dollars blown to hell.
But now I know. I feel as though Amazon did me a solid with this Prime offering, kind of making up for the problem with my Marilyn audiobook, even if this was not the intention but only a happy accident.
