There is much buzz that, whatever happens in this election, Palin's is still a rising political star, and that her camp is more worried about McCain dragging her back down, so that this is even a source of severe dissension in that embattled campaign. I suspect that in the promised event that the Republicans actually lose this one, the Grand Old Party will get over their Palin-love like a bad hangover and we won't have to hear about her again in presidential politics, or so it is to be hoped. I suppose it is too much to hope that she might try to extend her fifteen mintues of fame by posing nude in Playboy, though I think she'd look good in bunny ears.
