How the leaves come so nicely to the doorway...
This is said more in ire than in romantic reflection. The leaves are just becoming noticeable - the beginning of a problem, and the promise of work.
At least Monk has the faucet covers on, after giving the shrinking elephant ears one more watering.
It has been a fairly sunny afternoon, with still a slight bite of winter chill - tempertures ranging from the middle thirties to the high fifties.
