So, you are still taking your chances when you write or post fantasies. When it comes to the enjoyment of the darker themes of sex, such as rape fantasies and fantasies of unerage sex, the situation remains as dire as before, unless, of course, your are making a public service announcement against the acts or discussing literature, blah. Nabokov might have failed to meet this standard.
