Neighbor Dog

Neighbor Dog has been given more scope to walk around again. He had been short-leashed for so long, for months and months, that I thought it was going to be permanent. And he has regained a lot of his old liveliness. For the past couple of weeks I have been cheese-snacking him at the fence again.
