the debates ought to be a huge deal, and normally i'd look forward to them. there's just no question that obama and biden can out debate mccain palin 100% of the time. but kerry kicked bush's ass, and edwards held his own awfully well against that terrible terrible cheney. so what? apparently the debates don't mean much any more. if they were wide open i suppose i'd be more interested, but if they're just more scripted vetted sound bite opportunities, i just can't stand to watch. i'm boycotting. khairete suz
