I take back my sense of irony regarding otherworlders believing in having more babies. The belief that there is much more to the world and existence may be more conducive to the optimism that favors bringing more lives and souls into being. On the other hand, those who believe that the world and life as we know it is all that there is may well not be so enthusiastic about bringing more to the party.
