Biorhythms
Nov. 16th, 2018 04:22 amWhen you go to bed at nine, you shouldn't be surprised when you are up at four in the morning, ungodly hour that it is. Pop is at Kay's for a couple of days, instead of here blasting the kitchen TV all night. So, I did what I often long to do at nine or ten in the evening: dive into bed and click on my audiobook. It feels good to do what I want to do when I want to do it, not least of all dozing and sleeping, but it really throws off my biorhythms, including eat-times.
