Trump Trade War, Groceries

Trump is starting one, raising tariffs massively against China. Everyone who seems to know something about trade economics is calling this a disaster. Even the Wall Street Journal - one of Murdoch's stooges for Trump - is calling it the biggest mistake of his presidency. One wonders if Trump will lose a big part of his backing - the critical plutocrat demographic. Maybe impeachment becomes a more serious possibility.

Our Grocery routine is out of whack. Kay had some kind of civic business to take care of, for her healthcare or housing, and so Pop and I go hunting & gathering tomorrow on a Saturday. We were hoping that we might just go late tonight, but she got held up later than we hoped.
I was counting on getting an H.E.B. pizza tonight for dinner, which I discovered only on our last grocery run. It's as good as a restaurant pizza, I swear. The trick seems to be that it is not frozen. It's all prepped up for us and kept refrigerated, and you bake it up when you get home. It had been a long time since I enjoyed a good pizza. I'll just get it tomorrow.
