Super Bowl

The Super Bowl. Pop has taken over the big room. A few months ago, this would have been a big day for me too. Two strong teams as well: the Patriots and the Eagles. I was thinking, back then, how funny it was going to be to be interested in watching the Super Bowl, because it was a big part of my Blurty personality to absolutely disdain sports as brain-dead entertainment. Now that the Super Bowl has come round, I am back to where I was, though I am not so dismissive. I have more appreciation for the game, and if I were home alone, I'd probably be watching it, not having anything better to do. As it is, I'm just going to catch another episode or two of "Entourage" on Pop's computer.

I went ahead and peaked at the game when there was 18 minutes left in regulation play, and I stuck with it. A hell of a game. Brady is not infallible. And thou almost persuadest me to be a football fan - again.
