Cripes, man, diarrhea in one degree or another seems to be an almost permanent part of my life now. Is it my diet? But I don't think anything has changed significantly there. Is it my aging?

I think about composing a song along the lines and tune of Jimmy Buffet's "Margaritaville". It could be called "Daarrhea Land": Life sure is shitty here in Diarrhea Land."
