Another rainy day. Slightly colder. I put the heater on last night and have left it on. A nice wintry feel. ... ... When I went out at night to take out the trash, Pop asked if I needed a flashlight. No, but I thought that I could use a pair of galoshes or rubber boots. We get flooded enough that it would be nice to have something to wear so that I could go out without getting my feet soaking wet. If I were my own man of means, I'd get a pair. ... ... One advantage of playing Solitaire on the computer is that you get to enjoy that nice fireworks display when you win a game. I have been trying to think of a way to mimic that without the computer, but my imagination fails me. It must sound like a silly thing, but one really does enjoy that little reward.
