It's a quarter after ten in the morning, and I have not seen nor heard anything of Coco, which is all the more disturbing since the cats are in the house. ... ... I must say that it feels good not to be reading Kant this morning. I'm hitting Mann's "Joseph" novel. Pi says, "Hmm, I would have thought that you might have wanted to read another Plato dialogue." The thought crossed my mind, but after my time with Kant, I am happy to take a break from all philosophy and clear my head of it, so that I will be ready and eager for Schopenhauer. Moreover, I didn't want to be in a position of still needing to complete a dialogue with "Will and Representation" waiting on the table for me, figuring that I wouldn't be able resist just quitting another book. ... ... Scrolling through my Fun Blog, I came across a list of Heavy-R videos. Seeing how I might want to go back to hitting this site, on account of the harder ads on Motherless, I decided to see if all operations were still a 'go' there. I thought this was just a perfunctory check on my part, but I discovered that one can no longer just stream videos there. They are insisting on membership. The front page says it's free, but I am not all that eager to get in deeper with a website that runs on the border of what is legally acceptable porn. So, wow, I guess I will be checking in on xHamster and SlutLoad, and I am not feeling very confident. I can feel a chasm opening up between me and my Japanese rapey porn. ... ... There has been a lot of yard over the past few weeks with all the late-summer rains and storms. At least the cats are free, again. I still have to mow the front on Wednesday, if not tomorrow. Then I should be able to enjoy a little breathing room from all the yard work.
