That's funny. No cats this morning. There are always at least a couple eagerly anticipating breakfast. I kind of like the peace.
When I go out front to pick up the paper, I see Willy lying against the front of the old Neumann house, and when he sees me, he gets up and runs to the back - time to eat!
Still no Ash though. And she's so small and seems so vulnerable to me. I think I feel like she's not long for this world, and that maybe it's my fault if she does get killed, that if I took her inside to be a proper pet, she could enjoy a full life. She practically begs to be a pet, the way she stares dolefully though the glass sliding-door meowing plaintively.
