When I saw that news blurb at Yahoo, I practically fell backward in my chair. Isn't that like a crack dealer preaching to a strung-out customer?
I don't think I'll bother tuning in to the State of the Union speech, even with the promise of that sort of cognitive jolt. I used to make a habit out of watching those speeches, as it is easier than voting, but it has sunk in that they are just extended partisan commercials, and as I get older life seems to get shorter.
